When single I'm brutal with women, little respect and just 'enjoy' them. As soon as I fall for one, it takes a complete nose dive!!

Moi...for the most part... but nothing to come here complaining about :)

Having read this thread has made me realize the few complaints I do have are nothing.
 
She lost interest and sort of gave up on the relationship. Think I was more into it than she was. I organised everything, always fitted plans around what she wanted, did all the cooking whenever we stayed in. I tried to get her to open up more to me cause she had issues about as high as Everest.

In the end I gave up after her best friend showed interest, we got off and then she went and told the GF.

messed up :) but i don't think you were extremely happy either if this was going on

OCUK would have told you to do her friend or her mum. You acted in true OCUK fashion :cool:

I joke :P Well, at least you got out of what seemed to be a not very happy relationship.
 
Haven't posted in here for a while!

Been having a lot of fun and spending too much money since last time when i'd just broken up with my ex!

Got quite close (as close as you can get really :p) to a girl i've known for quite some time, always thought she was super hot, then last night we were drunk and talking and it turned out that she's more into someone else. Shame cause when things first happened I was unfussed but she was very chilled and relaxed, and found myself starting to like like her :(

Not too gutted though, was in a funny situation where I really wasn't after an official relationship. This stems from the fact that work was getting me so so down, it just wasn't what I wanted to do with my life, and had added pressure cause my dad also works for the same company (Openreach). It wasn't pressure as such, he doesn't really care what I do, just he always had an opinion on what I was doing and it wasn't always the same as mine :p

This wasn't helped by the fact that im on a temporary contract and they pretty much string you along till the last moment then say "Ok have another few months!" Hard to get motivated doesn't even describe it!

But anyway, been needing to get out of Colchester for a while now, was planning to go to Canada next year, but I really need to get out now before I lose my mind, so tonight i've written my notice letter, and booked an Interrail train ticket for a month, so i'm walking out my door on August 15th and traveling Europe, not got too much of a plan, a rough route but i'm going to take it as it comes! :)

Quite nervous, as i'm going to come back without a job and money, but I reckon i'll be ok, dad has said im always welcome at home, and i've never struggled to find work (Including during this "recession") so reckon i'm going to come back, get a job and get saving for Canada!

Not much point to this just felt like sharing my mind :)
 
Megahurtz400 have you ever been to Canada? My friend went last month and absolutely loved it! So much so that he's planning on settling down there!

Nah, but everyone who I know has ever been there says that once I go i'll never want to come back!

Have a load of friends over there at the moment, so next summer i'm planning on visiting them next year to make sure, but I think I know already once I go i'll never want to come back :)

well if you can get one you can get another one ;D it takes time refresh the skills tho :) i've been with mine for 23 months and now i find it quite hard to chat up other girls?! but ill refresh my skills soon or when ever i feel tbh i just don't feel like i need a gf in my life at the moment its just too much going and i can't offer a stable relationship so ill try to avoid getting into a relationship yet :o
