Yeah very annoying! I’ll try again with the 8 but if that’s no different then I’ll either go back to a non smart watch or try another brand.I've just googled it and it's a thing, something to do with the ink blocking light. That sucks!

I mean this in the nicest possible way given this is a computing enthusiasts forum but does anyone have a link to a review for the Ultra by an actual athlete/sports enthusiast and not just a geek who wants the latest gadget I really want to know how it actually performs for long distance running and mountain climbing.
