Bought the Necromancer pack late last night and got it up to level 12 before heading off to bed. It's huge fun to play IMHO, but whether it'll rival the sheer destructiveness of my Witch Doctor at higher levels remains to be seen.

For now though, there's not much that beats seeing a well-timed Corpse Explosion take out a whole pack of trash mobs in one go

My initial thoughts after a couple hours play on the Necro is that its WAY overpowered. Corpse Explosion is insane. Maybe its merely powerful in the early game and tails off in the later

Just updating the Blizzard desktop program and noticed Diablo III is now on sale at £8.49, so thought '**** it, why not?'. Then noticed the Reaper of Souls expansion is also the same price, so grabbed that too. Really buggered me though, as I was just about to pull the trigger on Grim Dawn from Steam too.

Hmmm maybe I'm doing something wrong but got a new monitor which is 3440 x 1440 but can't see the option in game to go to this resolution.

I play in that resolution but I can't remember what I did to get it to work. So just to say it does work
