Could anyone recommend me a photo editing app? I don't need anything anything too serious, just cropping and touching up JPEGs.

Photo pad by zagg is easy to use and free, I only crop with it though.

Paid for Friended on the iPad to use Facebook, I normally use Friendly - but finding this Friended a lot better to use, definitely worth having for 59p, even the inbuilt chat is very good!

Anyone recommend some quiz type games? Don't fancy paying so much for Who Wants to be a Millionaire.

giving this a try after friendly has failed so badly that I've had to reinstall it twice to come back to live.

Friended is ok, I feel like it's a bit to 'detailed' though showing mutal friends and such. Better then friendly though I reckon.

I've had friendly since the start (when it was terrible), it's got a lot better but there always seems to be problems..

Yeah I don't like how it feels the screen up with shed loads of photos, but at least it hasn't crashed yet.

Crackle is worth trying out - it has a number of films and tv shows for legal streaming - its free too!

The films section is a bit if a con though as a lot of them are just trailers but there are a few full length films.

Its also a universal app.

i just downloaded a app called everyair,its free at the minute and its pretty cool,it lets you connect to your pc,and stream vids and stuff,the quality it pretty decent aswell.

just a heads up if anyone hasnt already got it

Has anyone got overdrive? Library book service. Unfortunately none of my local libraries support it

i was told by a mate to dl Hotappdeals it lists all the apps thats on offer or free,really good little app to dl,so just a heads up if anyone hasnt got it already,there is some decent stuff for free at the moment,britannica stuff for kids and some cool games
