PA formed after release and the same is true of CFS.

Wow check the sexy yellow text, there have been enough hints and convosations in this thread that I know Fox. I've been banned for 'I should know better', I'm fully aware of what an UB does.

ASDN is a bit of a joke, comes from some group that could never manage to type the alliance name right in forum postings on eve-o. Can't remember who it was. Think it was either BE, G/IRON or SA. I generally ignore the eve-o muppets.

Umm.. take a look at his forum title. Its his job on these forums to spot things like that. What he could have done as mod was post the complaint in the moderators forum section and have one of the Dons come along and replace it with that sexy yellow sig. Instead he asked nicely if the poster could change their sig. If you've got a problem with the UBs doing their job, then you don't have to keep posting here.

Ive been based in amod for a long time now, and Ive just packed up all my stuff into my geddon (well as much as I could fit) and im heading down for 0.0, Ill probably hang around the borderline 0.1 area for a while because I still cant use large lasers yet :p

Anyone got any advice for a pvp noob? And also wheres the action at, dont wanna make a massive trek to find I would have more fun going a different way. In game names clawknight.
 
Damn had some good fun today...hello ore thief...meet the smartbomb :p

vexor mining in 0.5, cloaked megathron with 5x smartbombs, mwd, cap boost. Suspected ore thief warps in approaches, vexor warps off, hauler goes in for the steal.

Mega uncloaks and releases bomb heaven upon the now flagged thief's hauler.

If you intend on docking anywhere with your stuff in 0.0, make sure you are welcome first :p

There are no such things as sentry guns in 0.0. What you tend to have are alliances or corporations which operate a NBSI (Not Blue Shoot It) policy. In plain english that means if you're not allied with them in some way (either your corp or alliance have favourable status with them), then you'll like as not get blown out of the water.

The other issue is that docking rights on stations are generally only set to allow people in who have positive status, so even if you did make it to a station out here, the odds are you'd be unable to dock.

The only exception to this rule is ISS's free trade station,

Whilst those rules might seem unduly harsh, its just a question of self defence. We have no concorde out here, anyone not friendly with us has to be assumed as hostile. Either that or have to be assumed as being a spy making bookmarks.

edit: If you want to get involved in 0.0 stuff, join a suitable corp or alliance that has an area of 0.0 space they actively claim and defend.

archangelus, 3rd front from what i have seen appear to be capable in PvP and can take care of themselves, u headed towards Syndicate then?
