The holding (i.e. those who owned the station) corp disbanded.. thus ownership defaulted to SCC.

No, I'm not wizz, but you should have heard ASCN's TS.. within 5mins everyone was talking about it (I imagine this might be the same for pretty much all 0.0 living players - with the initial rumor being CONCORD taking a player owned station..)
 
I have managed to get myself a Ferox now and was wondering if you guys have had any experience with it? I currently have 5xHM in high, 2xLarge Shield Extenders, 1x Large Shield booster, 1x Target Painter and a Photon scatterer in mids and my lows consist of 2x BCU's and 2x Shield Power relay 1's.

I'd say i agree with that 90% because its not always about taking cap but safeguarding your own.

2 medium noz on the brutix with a cap booster means that you can negate frigs and AFs that cause you trouble, it can easily counter the effects of one or 2 noz used by thorax/rupture/deimos/zealot/vagabond...list goes on. It also works comparably to a single large noz that many BS now include in their setup.

This means that when fighting anything but a dedicated vamp ship then you can inject 2x 400 or 1x 800 charge and keep running reps and guns whilst your opponent is struggling to keep the same damage/tank capability.

an 800mm plate gives me 5.6k armor and 2 medium reps is a pretty awesome tank, I can still get moderately high resists and boast a "theoretical" 369dps....yeah I quite like it.

If you are going to use shield power relays then you might as well passive tank it or you arent going to have the cap for a large booster. In the other mid you could have an invul field which will run for a while as not much else is draining cap, or you could try a passive hardener or perhaps even more shield extenders.

If you decide to keep the booster then switch out the relays for PDS/PDU (depends on what u call them) Then you could drop one extender for cap booster -> pvp / cap rechargerII -> pve, or perhaps another active hardener

Schools aren't the only places to block websites strangely enough. A good number of businesses use packages like Websense to cut down the amount of 'personal' browsing staff are doing. The estimated cost to business of wasted time by employees browsing the internet is incredibly high.
Websense, for example, has the eve-o website categorised as 'Games' in its database, so if your company has Websense and has 'games' blocked (only reasonable), you won't be able to access the site.

I'd say (as in already tested) drop the Shield Booster for an Extender & unless you are going up against a lot of frig's, lose the Painter for another hardner. The hardner's are for you to work out, nothing like experience over being spoon fed to make it more fun.

Have a play with swaping the Shield Power relays for PDU's... it comes down to where all your skills are at, but it could work out to be a harder tank, i.e Better Shield Hitpoint to Recharge Ratio.....

Yeh i no he just his ICT department so i thought of school, as i remember browsing ocuk forums when i was at school, they banned me in the end :D

It doesn't take uber skills to fit, I have plenty of grid and CPU left over.

Swap the hardeners for any other type depending on the rats you're against. Very good setup, works incredibly well. A double BS spawn with support ships didn't drop my shield lower than about 75-80%. Which is nice.

Hi Slots:

5 x Medium Rails

1 x Tractor Beam

Mediums

1 x Webifier
2 x Cap Recharger
1 x Target Painter

Lows

1 x 1600MM Tungsten Plates
1 x Mark I Generator
1 x Nanofiber adaptive
2 x Tech II Medium Armor Reppers

Now i have fitted all this and am yet to try it out.

what changes would you guys make for Lvl 3 mishes?
