Gonna grab one of the touchstone chargers to give my Mum, anything that makes it easier makes my life a LOT easier! Will post my impressions of it tonight (assuming my reservation actually works :/).

So far there's no app with hardware acceleration that supports MKV containers. 720p is playable via software decode, not 1080p. In the future 1080p High Profile should be possible aslong as someone gets hardware acceleration going, the Adreno 220 GPU is up to it as shown by Sensation users etc.
 
Might have to dabble in the dock and keyboard if they get reduced to clear as well. If the browsing experience is good enough then I can see myself spending a lot of time slouched on the sofa :p

Ultimately they want to license WebOS to other OEMs, so there will be development still but little/no support to existing HP WebOS hardware. At least that's how I understand it. I believe they still intend to release netbooks/laptops and printers using WebOS.

I really think this might just be a marketing ploy from HP, get the WEBoS devices out there then bring more devices, and get developers working for it!
 
Had 2 32GB delivered from Staples this morning but having some problems with the wireless which I am not happy about. It seems the unit does not like WPA2-PSK[AES] encryption on my router. It will connect with WPA-PSK[TKIP] however but I understand that this is not as secure.

I have run the system update for it but this did not improve the situation.
