in contact sync is it possible to just select certain groups to sync ? i know its not possible in 2.1

Guys, is there a way to view full websites with the default defrost 2.3 browser or dolphin hd browser? I can't seem to fons a setting to change it

Not sure about default browser, but I seem to recall when I had Dolphin there was a User Agent setting, I think by default its set to iPhone, but you can change this to get full websites instead of mobile ones.

I just did, went from latest modaco to Opendesire and I did not even need to wipe. very nice

I had just done an update to 2.3 last night and then saw 2.4 just released,

Went to 2.4 and found many issues including the ones fixed above, Because its his first release of ASOP i think i will wait for 2.5/6 before ditching 2.3

Still the best ROM going

Hi Guys,

Has anybody put a custom firmware on the orange branded desire WITHOUT unlocking it? I have read that there may be problems if you don't unlock it.

Also does anybody know a way to get the stock orange firmware off my phone or know where I can download it?

You cant get the stock Orange ROM, it hasn't been made available, As for custom firmware, Most will work fine, it's when it comes to updating the radios that you'll have a problem, I'd suggest getting it unlocked tbh.

You cant get the stock Orange ROM

I have been searching for ages for the orange firmware so I thought that wasn't available but I thought I'd check anyway. It's a pain because all the other networks are available and this is the only thing stopping me from sticking new firmware on!
