What is the best price people have found for the Desire at the moment?
I'm kind of waiting to know when these S-LCD screen ones are going to appear and if it will drop prices and demand wil be met

everytime i seem to flash my phone I get a weird MMS message, i keep deleting it but it seems to come back, Orange thing? Phone virus?

after messing around for quite awhile, i've got the old white circle battery along with sense icons working on OD 3.5.x

next is the old green circle battery, now i know what i'm doing, lol

delete the market data, then force close the market app and it should start downloading fresh again - happens to me all the time

i just made the green circle flashed it, realised it was one without the percentage in the middle

HTC Sync 3.0 is available from the HTC website. It can now sync pictures and more importantly, music. It says the Desire is not supported, but so far all seems to be working fine.

Finally rooted my Desire. First to OD and now back to 2.2 Froyo.

Battery problems instantly away now with SetCpu.

running Open Desire, first non-sense rom I have used. I kinda like it but missing/relearning the sense features which is quite interesting.

How do I get the funky circle battery I see in some pictures?

Having had more of a play it is definately clear they have moved characters around in the onscreen keyboard in 2.2. This is really annoying as I now have to scroll through several pages to get to something like an exclaimation mark. Really irritating.

Why did they do this?

Running OD3.5 and my layout has the exclamation on the first screen of symbols ? Strange. I never noticed it before but I had sense 2.2 before running OD.

you need to flash the original framework-res.apk from the OD3.5.0.zip to get the original bar back.

i'll make a flashable update this morning if it's quiet at work

the battery on the new radio/OD combo is great i'm currently at 95% after nearly 2 hours of mp3 player and surfing. normally it would be anywhere from 90-75%.

Why did they do this?

Is this HTCs update? If so, from their keyboard you press and hold a lette to get the characters like exclamation marks or question marks. Or you can scroll through the pages. You can download the keyboard mod if you are rooted.
