Thank god I'm not alone, it seems to be only me complaining of space limitations!
I haven't downloaded flash for this point alone!

Will there be any future solutions?
 
DeFrost 5.0 is out!

I've chosen the GeFrost bootanim too which is win :D

Is there a blackbar mod with the white percentage circle mod for Defrost? been using OD since i rooted my phone about 3 months ago but wanted to try something different.

install old style A2SD, make a 512mb or 1gb ext partition on the SD card. never worry about running out of space again ;)

I use DT A2SD as CyanogenMod 6.0.2 doesnt include it like OpenDesire did.

is this what everybody is running? The old style apps2sd? as everybody must have been having a similar issue to me?

Also, roms like CyanogenMod don't have sense do they, and sense apps like friendstream, htc mail, htc calender, weather etc.. won't work, is that right?

If that's the case what's the best sense Rom available?

i'm not sure if everyone uses it, but quite a few roms include A2SD+ as standard. You dont have to rely on the devs adding SD card support to apps like froyo A2SD.

I've been using old A2SD or A2SD+ since i rooted as i had the same problem you have, lack of space (stock 2.1 at the time though).

Correct, HTC apps dont work on vanilla. I've not used Sense on my Desire since late April so couldnt tell you which is a good sense rom sorry.
