Great, my phone seems to crash anytime I do something on the phone. It's fine for calls and texts but if I browse the net or play a game it'll just restart. Seems to be slower to boot back into the OS now.

Anybody else had this problem before? I might have to send it back.

Compared to stock.
And especially compared to OD.

Strangely, it doesnt even get to 0% now before powering off. It'll get to 7-15%, warn its at 10-15%, then power off.
And thats after a stat wipe and battery calibration!
 
I know the Desire has never been blessed with the best battery performance ever but over the last week my battery drains to nothing over a few hours. The charge is often 100% when I go to bed and by 7am it's warning me there's less than 10% left and minutes later it turns itself off.

Anyone had anything similar?

The only things showing as using the battery are cell standby and Android.

I have the same, but doesnt seem to be quite as extreme as 100% to 10% by 7am. I'm running T-Mobile's Stock 2.1 ROM, and havn't made any changes except and I have thought this to be significant, I signed up to use Orange's signal if there wasn't any T-Mobile signal, and turned on the setting for data roaming. Co-incidence? I have no idea but don't think I can reverse signing up for Orange's signal. Only other think I could do is turn off roaming to test.

T-Mobile 2.2

It's been fine (as fine as the Desire battery can be) until literally a few days ago. I've not installed anything and Wifi, GPS, BT is turned off as it always has been but the battery simply seems to give up after a few hours.

Sorry I missed your request before amongst the other stuff going on (was in Pakistan lol) but I do not have the file anymore however it's just the UOT kitchen + G7 HD icons + the thin dot circle battery options!
 
Tried it out, appears to have the display autobrightness being too bug as DeFrost 6.0c did but then fixed in 2.0d and beyond.

Going back to DeFrost 6.0e!
 
How is Oxygen then? I've not bothered checking out new ROM's lately - i'm still using OpenDesire lol!
 
I had quite a few problems with Oxygen, mainly browser/flash related crashes and video/audio sync issues, which is fine as it's a beta but I've gone back to LeeDroid now. I forgot how much I <3 Sense. ;)
 
Oh right, I will give it a bash once its out of Beta.

I havn't used Sense since I first got my Desire, and that was only for about 2 days then I flashed OpenDesire lol.

Might flash LeeDroid now..
 
I'm trying to restore my OD'ed phone back to stock so I can take it back for repair, installed HTC Sync but it's not detecting my phone, how do I find it?

Aha, you just run the RUU .exe!

I don't like stock... :(
