Yep. I was pretty livid before I found out that the phone itself wasn't damaged, just the cover. I didn't feel confident persuading Vodafone to give me a new model as a replacement. Now that it's the cover I feel more confident Vodafone will offer me a replacement. I have to say that the member of the Vodafone Twitter team was very quick to respond to my tweet and promised they'd be in touch soon. I would have thought that Vodafone would have ample spares for repairs if needed.That sucks Marc, bloody chimps!
