i just called them too and got the same "early june" reply

its more annoying that i can go to one of these buyacheapmobilefromus.com on orange but not directly from them (where i will get a much better deal)
 
Hopefully might be able to get one sorted now :). Buymobilephones are actually showing stock so I have up my tariff budget to get one on the T-Mob £30 tariff with no charge for the handset. Just have to see if there is any stock left by the time they get to my order again.

And Mobile fun are being arses about the martin fields protector :mad: As they have shipped my other item I apparently can't cancel the protector, even though they have no stock and thus obviously can't send the stupid protector!! :mad:

hrm that sucks about mobile fun.... it is supposed to be the best though so might be worth the wait.

From the description the SGP one sounds a lot like the invisible shield one, not really wanting to have to use a squeedgie thingy or whatever they're called to try and get bubbles out... I think martin fields is a much harder material rather than a film so it just sits on the phones.

Ok I know its been asked before but i am still a little confused and just want to clarify if this is the order I should do things when I get my Tmobile GS2:

Flash the firmware so i can debrand it and thus get updates when I want them not when Tmobile dine to give them out - How do I do this as not sure what to flash the firmware with, can i use Chainfires app??
Root the phone - Found the info on xda
Install KE7 - Use Odin right?
Unlock the phone - Found the info on xda

Now is that correct or have I missed something?
 
I'm thinking we need to start a new thread or two on the Samsung Galaxy S II to break this up a little... as this thread is really chaotic now. I will start an "Accessories" thread so we can start sharing and reviewing cases, screen protectors etc etc as well as whatever else comes out on the market. Sound ok?

I think it's a good idea personally to have one jsut for accessories/hardware.
