I turn my phone off and charge it while I'm sleeping, and when it's fully charged it vibrates, which ALWAYS wakes me up. Is there any way of stopping it from doing that? It's very annoying.
Some yes, most no!

As I'm in no great rush to change just yet, am I right in just waiting for Android updates (like 2.3.4) to resolve a lot of these issues with battery life (Android OS bug (is it a dual core thing?)) and data usage that seem to be present in 2.3.3 before taking the plunge?
I'm quite curious as to when what 2.3.5 will fix and ofcourse when that might appear.
Other than a few faulty units it does seem that the hardware is solid and it's just the software holding it back. (had a look at the HTC sensation but it's just not doing it for me)
2.3.4 is rumored to be out around the 10th according to someone on xda who spoke too a Samsung rep, if its true is another thing.

I use Timeriffic to disable notifications/system sounds overnight. Works fine.
Villain ROM Dev created VR Tweaks which has many tweaks you can enable, one of which is this.

You are awesome :) I will try that out, thanks :)
Other thing is it'll take netoworks ages to release this also.
I feel stupid, I only just discovered that if you go into contacts, then swipe across the person's name, it calls them. Not sure how it picks which number it uses as I've only used this on contacts with one number.
Before that, I was going into the contact details and then hitting the call button...![]()
I could not figure out how to dial a number as there are 5 tabs in Contacts and the left one with the keypad was hidden so what I did was add a contact just to call onetime, me is a dumbassI feel stupid, I only just discovered that if you go into contacts, then swipe across the person's name, it calls them.
