****The Official Samsung Galaxy S II Thread***

Question.

How do I copy my iTunes Library to my S2, is there an easier way than using the Klies air software?

Home Computer - iMac with my iTunes Library on a NAS drive connected by Ethernet Network.

Cheers

@ @rG_tom Hi, I'm afraid we don't have a release date for the SII at the moment I'm afraid, we will tweet when we do ^Andy

They told me the end of June lol, they also told me to get my upgrade through P4U or CPW so I went with P4U. I have to wait 7-10 days as the upgrade stock is different to new contract stock apparently.

Just got off the phone to O2 who told me they have a new release date of the 28th (tomorrow) and to phone retentions back then and they will beat what Orange are offering, which is nice.

Just got my PAC from O2 moments ago - I might call them and see if they can match the £30 option for T-Mobile on BuyMobilePhones.net!:p

Just a quick test here of the video I can tell you there is no stuttering on the raw file as it looks like there is slightly on this but its smooth so must be youtube, was literally walk outside and point and shoot, its got auto focus also.

Aye seems okay but can you let me know the bit rate of the video? Right click in Windows Media and it will tell you.

I can confirm Youtbe has compressed it as the raw file is 17207kbps and now its 6009kbps.

The worst part I get home and they have dispatched the one from P4U online :/ never mind I got more minutes in store and more data, also I know its unlocked and unbranded so thats a added bonus for me.

Oh lovely. Phones4U tell me that you automatically fail a credit check if you already have a contract with the network you are trying to set a new contract up with.

All they did was ask for my existing number with them and P4U didn't tell me and put it through as failed instead... nice one.

Its sorted now though

Bloody morons. This is why Mobiles.co.uk ask for your existing number(s) when you order.

Why is that someone who doesn't need the damn thing gets theirs dispatched where as unselfish me, only ordering the one, is still waiting for confirmation!!!!:mad::mad:

That's rubbish, they said I had to get a new contract as they were only offering the phone that way. I told them I was already with Orange and they said it didn't matter and that I should apply for the new contract with them and then cancel my current contract. Which I did.

When I cancelled with Orange, I told them what I had done but they didn't say I would fail the CC and said it was fine and cancelled for me.

I have also had the mail from P4U confirming I'd passed the CC and the further mail this morning claiming my order would be dispatched soon.

well, I got a text and an email from mobiles.co.uk

Your order has been accepted by your chosen network provider (Orange) and has now been passed along to our Security Team for further checks.
