Out of interest mrk, what is scrolling like on CM9 these days? That was the main reason why I hated it, way too "rubbery". I'm still on Sensation, still liking it. Looks like Checkrom is going to take ages as they are still waiting for JKay compatibility with ICS, which may never come.
Scrolling seemed no different to me between CM9 and AOKP or any other ICS ROM. Seemed just fine and feels teh same as it does on the Galaxy Nexus (the only other phone I've used pure ICS on).

It had the rubbery felling on both hydrogenics and cm9 no reason to leave sensation 3.4 for me..
Yeah OK. Strange how different people have different experiences. For me the rubbery behaviour is a real show-stopper (and I couldn't care less about all the video output options) as it makes the phone unuseable.
I'm still on Sensation 3.2 and will stay there for a while I think. Grudas, any noticeable improvements in 3.4? Read on XDA some people complaining about worse battery life so I am staying put.
Where did you read that? Can't see any mention of that on the thread on XDA

battery life has been fine for me on 3.4 - haven't tested 3.2 tho
cant really complain when everything that i need simply works and i get the smooth scrolling as the rubbery one was driving me mad!
Yeah it was the oldest version though LPQ, a lot has been improved since then.

Got bored with waiting for CheckROM v7 so installed CM9. I hate it, the chrome browser is awful. I'm going to give it a bit longer but I'm not seeing anything I like so far
Edit: Sorry, it's the default ICS browser I hate, trying Chrome beta now.....

Well I only installed it as a stepping stone to ICS Slim but ran out of time at lunch to finish the process, so I thought I'd run CM9 for a bit. I'm liking Chrome more now I've got the font scaling at 50%...

Battery life on Neak Kernel is awesomeHaven't used my phone much, but it's still 3hrs screen on time.
I'm on Hydrogenics and want to use this kernel, is it as simple as flashing it in CWM with the normal cache / Dalvik wipes and I'm good to go, no prerequisites?

Neither NEAK or Thoravukk kernels want to to play nicely with CM9 wifi doesn't work.

Alternatively can't any one point me in the direction a working fuse.ko
Siyah kernel auto mounts ntfs is read only so it won't let me unmount to remount in read/write but the stock cyanogenmod kernel doesn't.
