I still haven't made my mind up and ordered the ultra yet because I've had bad experiences pre-ordering things before.
Can anyone tell me what Samsung are like for returns?
Is it a simple process?
Also, does anyone know when the full review embargo date is please? Will they be out before the phones?
 
Does anyone allow reviews nowadays before release?

Unlikely to get this series but will be watching those benchmarks to see if this Exynos actually lives up to the hype with performance and even more importantly battery life.

I'm afraid that their info is likely incorrect - but it's a bit odd that Samsung themselves seem to be putting out confusing info - at the bottom of the ordering page on the Samsung site they have an FAQ that mentions a Hybrid SIM slot (e.g SIM + MicroSD or 2x SIM), which I'm pretty sure has already been confirmed by various YouTubers and also the official spec sheet on the UK site is *not* included. It *does* look like the UK S21 models come with a dual-SIM slot, i.e it can take up to 2x Nano SIM cards.
 
Spotted Note 20 Ultras going for £600-800 (refurbs on that lower end), so that's 5 months after release until it's dropped almost half its retail price. Crazy drops!
 
I had apple iPhone for 8 years before changing to Samsung for the S8+, currently have an S10+. The micro SD, better screen and camera swayed me. I adapted to android and thought why didn't I change sooner.
Now Samsung are becoming more like apple. No micro SD which believe me was a big selling factor, and no plug. Samsung losing its individuality. Might as well have an iPhone again.
 
I went for the Phantom Black S21 Ultra (512GB). The custom colours with the carbon-fibre pattern camera bump were appealing (navy) - but in the end I just don't want to wait the extra few weeks and will likely be getting a dbrand skin for the back of the phone anyway.

I agree. I will not know until it arrives. Vodafone and Selfridges show the spec claiming it is Dual Sim.

Saw a youtuber showing a dual sim card slot.

Can only wait and see.
 
If you're taking a contract and multiply out the figures they're charging £30 plus for data and airtime, ripping people off. Same airtime sim only £15. Why are providers charging so much for new phones?
Much better buying the phone from Samsung interest free and going sim only, save yourself £300+ over 24 months.

I imagine for sure there will be at least 1 physical + one eSIM if that is any use? I can't imagine they will remove the feature of eSIM that S20 had
