Similar boat really. The whole edge thing puts me off massively but guess that's Samsung's USP now so they'll probably not release another flat phone.

It is going to be interesting seeing end users photos on forums etc. I wonder how many will look blurry

Forgot about that! Should hopefully negate the need for using the finger print scanner if it works well.

Not bad at all, speaker looks a bit small in comparison to some phones these days but doesn't bother me much

Really don't think I'll upgrade. It's not much different from my s7E. As more comes out I'm less interested. It really would only be buying for sake of it.

I don't think it is worth upgrading to from an S7 in my opinion. From an S6 though it's worthwhile I think and I'll hopefully be upgrading

Most I will spend is 400, never have spent more.

What does the s8 have that is worth near on double the price?
I do understand that this is an inflated price (hopefully)
800 can get you a semi ok second hand car

If that was RRP I would be looking at s7E/pixel if I was buying in next few months
