Ok DDR3, why not simply run it the same as DDR2, set FSB to 500(2000) and Memory to 500(1000) ?.

I was having problems with the dividers. 1:1 and 3:4 were topping out at 450FSB for some reason. 2:3 works well for me.

Hey thats impressive with the stock cooler; would you get 5Ghz with a tuniq or similar?

Looks like the extra moula for the 8500 over the 8400 might just be worth it

Main reason I went for the 8500, higher multi means my Mobo can relax a bit. Should get at least 450 out of it.

Nothing wrong with the P5B, it's still pulling it's weight 1+ year down the line.

in 965 chipset the P5B is the winner.

My 3.8ghz 6400 stock 2.13ghz showed me that.

Any chance of some before after comparisons of gaming with these chips after you finished tweaking them of course.
Just want a black and white picture of whether having a 4-4.5ghz cpu actually has a big impact.
