is it possible to turn off any form of password / code to sign in?

could you point out how please?
You mean when you turn the console on? you just want it to log you in, if so then go to settings then sign in and security menu should find it all in there change it to no barriers and also auto sign in.

Guys, can someone answer a question for me? I have had my Xbox One for about 6 months, and while I love it, I can't justify keeping it anymore when I need the money for other things.
So, my sister has offered to take it off my hands for her sons christmas present. Here is what I don't know though, I currently have Titanfall, Trials Fusion, PvZ, Dance Central and Nacho Libre on my harddrive. Would he be able to play these games if she bought it? Or would they be locked to my Gamertag?

I've done that but it still asks me for my password every time, do you think something's wrong ?
I think if you leave it set as your home console then the games will be available.
try a hard reboot if you have it set to no barriers, hold the power button down for 10 seconds I think to turn the console fully off.

Oooh, lovely bit of kit. Feels like a premium purchase. Like the initial setup, very slick. Then it hits you with a plethora of boxes and settings all over the place.
EDIT: How can you manage your downloads, i.e. see the progress, move an update to the top, etc?

First problem. Forza Horizon 2 has installed to 100% from disc but nothing happens when I press A on the icon! WTF. Borked already?
Took disc out, put it back in. Says it needs to install 1310MB update but on the icon it says "Free Up Space" but I have 328GB free.
How do you do a full restart when it's in instant on mode?

Lol, well that fixed it. Game runs now. What a bizarre situation.
