I find the "Xbox on" command hit and miss and don't see many kinect games around
That forza horizon 2 ?I use it constantly in forza for the sat nah! Wouldn't be the same game without it for me.

My xbox still keeps freezing when loading games or in the main menu, tried holding the power button and rebooting multiple times, it might work the 3rd/4th time if it feels like it. Not sure what I can try apart from a factory resetAnyone else had freezing issues?
I'd rather have the Xbone just finish its downloading and then switch off completely. Much like the 360 did. It makes too much noise to leave it in Instant On mode.
