*** The Official Xbox One Thread ***

I have to say, my Xbox has only been used for an occasional game of FIFA since I finished Deadrising. Don't think its been worth spending over £500 in total. The XBL stuff has been horribly implemented, not sure what they were thinking. Do they design their windows phone software like this? If so, not surprised they're far less popular.

Bring back my 360! :(

ive been seriously thinking of selling up :( the only thing thats stopping me is titanfall and a future halo.mines been getting used for peggle 2 and thats it,forza is sooooo boring now due to the lack of tracks (any news on more?).
 
I'm quite tempted to do so, but I do like the odd casual game as well as using it for being a 'media hub'.

Whether the situation improves, well, I suppose only time will tell.

I am still enjoying my Xbox One, without a doubt.

Just finished Ghosts, so moving on to Ryse\Lego Marvel while continuing to dabble in BF4, FIFA and Forza.

Yes, very much so. I'm playing it more than my PS4 still, though that is mainly because Fifa 14 is my most played game and it's on the XB1.

Yep, use it most nights for Fitness plus a couple of times a week I'm still dipping into Forza. I bought DR3 but so far didn't think too much of it.

I find I tend to alternate between that and my PS4, where I need to finish off BF4 SP and make a start on AC4.

Funny how PS4 owners are busy talking about being happy because they have no games to play, whilst XO owners are busy playing their games unable to type about being happy.

I'm very happy with mine and I've not regretted it at all.
 
Just curious as to how much exclusive could play a part in things.

Rather looking forward to Titan Fall now.

wait what :confused: no games :rolleyes: yeah i must be imagining playing and having buckets of fun on games i can't get on my one like war thunder,don't starve,contrast,war frame,backlight,resogun, all of which are free i may add also playing bf4 which is better on ps4 imo theres other exclusives I'm not enjoying but others are like knack and killzone etc etc
 
I'm still enjoying playing on mine when i get the chance.

BF4 has annoyed me a little, its far more broken on Xbox than PC, but the PC version isnt perfect either, and my Xbox freinds have all been put off buying BF4 which gives you less people to play with than before but its still a great game when its working.

Forza is great, a track pack would be nice (even nicer if it was free but i doubt it), track racing games always get "old" cause they are on a track... the Next Gen Horizion is what i want to see.

Fifa i never got into but i didint think i would and it was free.

Dead rising is great fun but I always seem to get distracted when i play it.

Ryse is way better than the reviews say and I'm currently struggling through the Legandary play through when it gets pretty hard. COOP is also a great fun distraction though i will never grind out the maximum lvl I will play it for fun.

Killer instinct is a fighting game and frankly if i closed my eyes I wouldnt play any worse.

Plenty of games coming, and maybe ill get some time off work to play them.

Titanfall, witcher 3 maybe watchdogs and the division it's going to be a good year.
 
I would recomend Tomb Raider to anyone wanting a game if they havent played it before.

I completed it on the Xbox 360 and grabbed the PC version on a steam sale for cheap to play again with extra pretty but i havent finished it on PC.

I still play Ryse, trying the harder difficulties, Legendary is a struggle...
Dead Rising 3 looks good but Im stuck on a boss at the mo and losing interest.
Halo Assualt is good for passing a few minutes here and there.
Just got Level Marvel and loving it so far :)
 
I got mine during the week and I think its superb, yes the party system needs some work and I guess the whole dashboard could do with a little refining, though I don't think its at all hard to find anything you want, certainly not to the extent some people have stated. I really see no major issues in genera with the system as a whole.

I have Battlefield 4 arriving tomorrow which I hope is decent, only really played Ghosts so far which I was enjoying on the 360 and enjoy just as much on the XB1, after reading various comments a long the lines of "it looks no different to the 360 version" I was surprised just how much better it does in fact look, textures,lighting and general clarity is worlds apart. Overall very happy with the purchase. I cannot wait for Titanfall of course :)
