Was initially going to get a ps4 first of the two next generation consoles but titan fall is seriously making me reconsider.

I would recomend Tomb Raider to anyone wanting a game if they havent played it before.

I completed it on the Xbox 360 and grabbed the PC version on a steam sale for cheap to play again with extra pretty but i havent finished it on PC.

Of course 60fps is much, much more desirable. But with non-twitch based games like Tomb Raider, is 60fps even really needed?

I played it on max settings ~30fps on the PC and didn't really see any benefit dropping down to 720p, it just looked worse.

30fps with that frame blending technology (I forgot the name, it's used in Halo) can still be very good for single player titles like tomb raider.

I have to say while I'm enjoying my XBox One...I am frustrated with the Party system they have in place. It's so overcomplicated in COD:Ghosts it's unreal. You have to get them into the Party on live (which you can do through the COD:Ghosts online friends list) to then seemingly have to add them again to get them into your in-game party. Hopefully it'll get streamlined in the future.

13GB, well thats me selling the game then, only have a 2mb BB connection and it would take all day to update! LOL

Hopefully with my XBox in Standby, it will DL while im in work...?

It will download the update whilst in standby mode.

Apparently it overwrites a lot of existing data as the install size only grows by about 1.5Gb.

I wonder if it's the DLC that's coming down? They're releasing 4 separate bits of DLC and the first was initially meant to be released around Christmas. Perhaps one of those is about to be released.

I wouldn't worry about pre ordering games for supply issues.

Well worth pre ordering at amazon though for their price promise.
