Weirdly I can pass Time Spy at +150/500 no problem but it'll crash in heaven if I go pass +125/500

Once I get a few more 1080 Ti results in the Heaven 4, Firestrike and Timespy bench threads I will copy them over to this one.

I prefer the X3 to the X4. always want my VRMS actively cooled by the main heatsink with more fan coverage. Nice design having the the X4 giving its own heat pipe to draw heat away from the main heat sink, but the dispersal of it aterwards just don't seem as good as the X3

Hoping to see the days of when Gigabyte tried the cooler on top come back again

Specially with come of the lovely triple cooled fan solutions from Strix or HOF and Twin fan goodness of MSI. As of now most ATX board use the 2nd PCI bracket for GPU leaving plenty of space of it

even for a water cooler for an extra £10 you can get a much better looking cooler that will retain more value when you go to sell it on

I actually like the look of this lol. I think the F.E cooler looks better. Looks better than the AMD stock coolers.

the heat sink looks like it goes the whole length of the card so could be cooler than ref.

Performed my shunt mod and put the stock cooler back on. Scored a 9815 in Time Spy. Definitely helps keep the gpu core clock stable and boosted longer.
