The Rumour Mill, who do you want/think your club will sign/sell this summer

 Grrr hilly. I knew this had been posted before, kept looking through this thread for it and couldn't find, was starting to think i had gone mad and was imagining it then realised you posted it in another thread. :o

I'm not gonna get excited over pap like Aurelio

62 apps in 5 seasons at Valencia should tell all you need to know,27 of those were in 2002 ffs.Stop-gap only considered cos he's free tbh, hope i'm wrong tho :)

Reasonably happy with Spurs' move. £10.7m should use up a sizeable chunk of their transfer budget and they will get a decent but not world beating striker for their money. I'd be more concerned if they started bringing in quality fullbacks.

Reports from France say that Gallas has pretty much signed for Milan.
That'd be a great signing for us, but im not getting my hopes up till i see an official announcement.

Yea sorry mate, it was aimed for Rotty, as I know how big a fan he is.

As for Dtab, he is a decent player, Rafa got the best of him, he will have to fight for his place against Riise, but is a very attacking left back (like Cole) free signing isn't too bad.

There are reports of us getting rid of kromkamp, and a swap with moro + money for Torres, but really don't find that a good move for Liverpool. Sure Moro can't cut it, but I don't think Torres is good enough for the prem, don't rate the guy.

Well today the papers are full of morientes and kewell saying that aren't going anywhere. More on gallas wanting to leave and possibly wright-phillips being touted to man city.

People speculate he's going here or there every week but it looks like he will be a Newcastle player next season.

Lyon in Man Utd talks for Diarra-Ruud swap

Lyon are ready to discuss a swap involving Mahamadou Diarra and Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy. Red Devils manager Sir Alex Ferguson has been to watch Mali international Diarra, who he sees as a long-term replacement for Roy Keane who left United by mutual consent last November.

The French champions are believed to want £25million for the 24-year-old, but club official Bernard Lacombe has indicated they may accept a cash-plus-player deal involving Van Nistelrooy.

"It is sure Lyon are interested in Van Nistelrooy," Lacombe told the Daily Star.

"For the moment we have not officially negotiated with Manchester. It will be a complicated financial deal unless we can exchange one of our players they are interested in, like Diarra."

Taking some hope from Wrighty talking about SWP on the telly at the moment. I think he would be great for us. Dunno how Chelsea would be about letting him go though.

Looks like there's something there; reckon he must have said something off camera and they were trying to get him to say something on camera
