The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Thanks guys. Those prices don't seem too bad, so have purchased HOS on Steam and sent a request for a code to buy the cards. Hope they still have stock.
 
I am not happy! :mad:

After successfully placing an order yesterday for 'Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Hearts of Stone Limited Edition with Gwent Cards for the PC' , I received an email this morning advising me that: "I am extremely sorry for the concern caused. Unfortunately when we came to pick your order, we noticed that it was damaged. We have sent the item back to our suppliers, however we no longer have stock of this item. Rather than making you wait, we have cancelled and refunded the order. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused."

My order was then immediately cancelled by Amazon, rather than being left open, as I would have expected.

I am afraid to say that I smell a rat here... did they ever have one to send me in the first place, or are they just taking the easy option, I wonder?

Anyway, I have now reverted to Plan B, which is to purchase the expansion pack as a download key first, and then to order the cards separately as 'Captain Bosh' mentioned on the previous page, which I think others have done also, and which might even work out a bit cheaper, in the end!
 
Wow I am a complete idiot... Just redeemed the code for the Gwent deck and I assumed as I gave proof for the Hearts of Stone dlc that that would be the set the code gave me acess to. Quickly added to cart and went through the checkout and then saw the email said Blood and wine :eek::mad::(:o.

If I had known I could choose i'd have gone for both sets. I have contacted them in the hope they can switch it before its despatched.

Unlucky Montala, I hate it when this happens, have had it a few times on ebay. There seems to still be stock on the Witcher store, so you still have time to get your code.

Email the shop and ask if you can have the other set added to your order since the delivery date is not set yet ?

Thanks... but this wasn't on eBay of course, but from Gameseek via Amazon.co.uk!

Anyway, I have now purchased a digital download (from Amazon), and applied for my code to purchase the cards.

Hopefully I should receive the code fairly quickly?
 
Thanks guys... I applied for mine yesterday afternoon, but haven't heard anything yet either. :(

I wonder if the place of purchase makes any difference at all, although I can't see why it should.
 
Hmm, maybe. I'd purchased from GoG, I guess they could have an automated system for those and need to manually look through the rest, just guessing of course.
 
Received my code about half an hour ago, so promptly ordered the cards!

I see they won't be shipping them until 24th June though!
 
If you have the expansion pass you can get official Gwent cards from CDPR btw. Just bought all 4 decks at a fiver each. Looking forwards to Gwent night!
