Just got back from 90 minutes one-to-one weapons training with a fifth Dan

Well, after a dismal start to the year and stress brought on by NHS management and their inability to show true empathy and understanding, I left the NHS and went back into the office.
Sooo much better!!
Been there a month nearly, working from home with the option to go in, plenty of support, and just no stress.
Feeling in s far better place now.

Those bin workers in Scotland on strike. When they do return from strike, they have 12 days of rubbish to collect. Serves them right.
If they strike achieves it aims I don't think they will be complaining about doing their job.
Does it impact you in some way, as you sound bitter?

As a litter womble, see one overflowing bin. Then one about 50m is half full. Too lazy to walk 50m.
Street bins should be used for things like Greggs paper bags, soft drinks bottles etc. NOT for domestic rubbish.

I'm all for how Japan does it. Most rubbish gets taken home and dealt with properly

Yeah, I don't get them. Most of the time they are youngsters who are the ones banging on about global warming.... Infuriates me.
Japanese culture is a proud one and a less selfish attitude. That's how it appears to me anyway.
