Got in to work this afternoon and was told they needed cover in A&E, so spent the entire shift in that one dept. My eyes are well and truly opened. Oh, and Channel 5 cameramen are a right ******* nuisance.

I accidently binned some new GU10 energy bulbs. Had them delivered in a padda bag. Kept a padda bag (same size) from another online delivery. Put some old ones in there for the bin. Another GU10 bulb went today and opened the padda bag thinking they are new ones. Nope. Bin was emptied on Monday. £18 of bulbs down the swanny.

Made me chuckle :). Did similar with the hdmi cable that arrived with my new soundbar. It was all being setup during moving in chaos and I can only imagine it went out with the rubbish when I couldn’t find it :p

Dilemma, i've been to a podiatrist who used Shockwave therapy on my foot. I've had 2 sessions which have been pretty beneficial. However at £90 for 30 minute sessions i'm not sure how many more i could justify!

Decided to look for a home based machine, on the basis that it wouldn't be as good as hers, but used regularly would hopefully see benefits. Turns out most home kits can be used for recovery/injury, but the main use is to fix erectile disfunction. Do i really need people thinking i suffer from that if they see the machine :p
