  • Deliberately walking closely behind someone as they walk home at night
  • Making obscene or aggressive comments towards a person

So the next time your walking along and someone gets in your way, they are a criminal, and if they call you a naughty word, they are also a criminal. This is just beyond words mental.

So are you unable to gesticulate your frustration at someone who has just cut you up on the motorway without you being potentially criminalised? (Bolded part above).

Only if you're a man and they're a woman. It's deliberately sexist because that will attract votes. Although there's a possibility of function creep to make it more authoritarian than sexist, something that can be used as a catch-all. The wording allows for the imprisonment of anyone for almost anything.

Of course it won't make any women any less scared. Keeping women scared is part of the intention. Scared people are more easily manipulated.

The moment its taken out the charging dock when they get on duty it starts recording, and only stops when its put back to charge and upload the data.

Its how it should be here, no excuses then for evidence mysteriously vanishing.

There's probably a different policy for every force over there, but generally they work on a rolling buffer so when activated, they retain the past 30 seconds of video (any any thereafter) and start recording audio.
