UEFA Euro 2012 - Group D - ** spoilers ** (England, France, Sweden, Ukraine)

He hasn't, anti racism group Kick It Out have voiced their concerns over the issue since it is plainly evident for all to see that his omision is down to Terry's inclusion. Ferdinand hasn't brought race into it.

The whole thing is a mess with likely no way to not lose whichever way Hodgson went. Leave Terry out and you're effectively calling him guilty before it has been proved. In a few months time he may well be found guilty, that won't go down well since it will then mean Ferdinand lost out to a proven racist. Or he could be found innocent, in which case questions will be asked about why Hodgson didn't even bother trying to get the two of them together.

What doesn't help Hodgson is trying to say he's been left out for football reasons, maybe you could make that case before the backups needed to be brought in, almost impossible to use that excuse now though, well impossible for anyone to actually believe it anyway. It's just a complete shambles whichever way you look at it.

England losing is not a spoiler.

:D

Anyone here think we can beat the French??...they won their last game 4-0 against Estonia...granted they arent a powerhouse team Estonia but still i reckon the French could very well be the darkhorses of the Euro 2012. Unbeaten in their last 21 games as well...

Im hoping we beat the French though, would give us a good start to the tournament.

If I were Roy I'd be scouting out overseas residences, can see us in the worse case finishing 3rd in the group and he'll probably get linched by the media for not taking Ferdinand.

What if woy simply doesn't rate Ferdinand? Or thinks he's too injury prone? Wants to play terry but together they'd be too slow? What if he doesn't like drugs cheats?

He full on pushed him as hard as he could into an on rushing goalkeeper.

There's intent and malice.

Looked to be quite a small, innocuous shove to the back, just trying to knock Cahill's balance and nip in to get the ball. It was just unfortunate that Hart had rushed out to collect the ball.

You can clearly tell he'd given up any hope of getting to the ball and at best, he's pushed Cahill in frustration and at worst, intentionally trying to cause a collision between Hart & Cahill.

Barry out, Lampard out, Cahill out, Rooney suspended, Ferdinand snubbed, Terry has a dodgy hamstring, Defoe's father has passed away and he's leaving the squad temporarily.

Do other teams have the same drama every time a major tournament comes round?
