Some plot holes/continuity issues but otherwise a very entertaining film!

I love how it re-opens the entire X-Men universe and the sneak peek of Apocalypse was great!

Shame that Fox and Disney studios both have rights to use Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch meaning they will be given very different back stories and be played by different people!

Godzilla. Not really sure how to rate it as I left the cinema wondering if that was yet another film I would think was about a 5/10 whilst everyone who's 'into cinema' would tell me it's a cinematic masterpiece and I just missed all the subtlety because I'm an uneducated lout..

Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes

Despite having James Franco in it I was pleasantly surprised at this. We all know what it eventually leads up to but this is quite a good setup for more Apes films. I like how it concentrated more on the development of the story and characters than all out action straight away. Could quite easily have never bothered to watch this as the Mark Wahlberg one was pap.
