What film did you watch last night?

Just seen Lucy.

Those that liked Limitless will like this. Plus SJ is in it, bonus :p

The rationality of the plot is bonkers but it provides some cool visuals and was pretty cool throughout. Was that the Multiverse theory they stuck with toward the end as the singularity came to be?

It was ok, but not even close to how good limitless is. :-)

For a Few Dollars More. Clint Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef set up in a reluctant partnership as bounty hunters after the same criminal. Lee Van Cleef is badass.

All is Lost 7.5/10

In this harrowing drama -- which has no dialogue -- a man stranded alone at sea courageously battles a ferocious storm as he struggles to survive.

saw this on netflix US, wasn't expecting much but really enjoyed it.

I finally saw Speed. lol. A cool film but that bus jump on the freeway so wouldn't happen.

And the rest would have?? ;)

One thing that's always amused me about Speed is I believe the ransom was somewhere around $3.7m - I'm sure the plane it totals in the end cost more than that! :D

Lol true, but I found myself enjoying Speed even though it is so dated now. I also thought that the plane at the end might have had people on it initially. Still wasn't sure when it ended. Would have been a bit funny if they saved 20 people on a bus then wiped out a plane with 200 on.

It's a radio play for the eyes, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Yeah it's an odd experience in a good way....because of the lack of visuals you imagine the lounge in his house the kitchen...the clothes of his wife etc...like reading a novel but watching a movie...

I loved it.

Really looking forward to seeing this... I like your description ;)

Last film... The American. Blind bought a SH copy of the BD and really enjoyed it.

Slightly odd, stilted film that has an atypical Hollywood ending... looks great too due to the photographic eye of its director. 7/10
