What film did you watch last night?

Watched Passenger 57 last night, still as good as it was. Many people don't like it but I think it is a fair decent movie to be honest. The OST is not bad either. 7/10

I wonder who is going to be the first to crack and watch 50 Shades? It's IMDB score is amazing..

Big Hero 6

It was alright, kind of expected more to it. Still 6.5/10

The Maze Runner - kids have read the books and so wanted to watch the movie.

7/10, didn't mind this at all. The whole premise of the maze was a bit overkill (if the ending is to be believed) and also - build a ladder!!

Jupiter Ascending - 4/10

Visually lovely. Story wise....in fact everything else wise meant it was pretty average.

Scores an extra point for keeping Sean Bean in work. Got to top up that pension after all.

Jupiter Ascending

A half-dog/half-angel on hover rollerskates fights Tories in space.

4/10

Flawed in every possible way, it's laugh out loud bad in places but doesn't quite make it to so bad it's good.

more films... Oscars coming up GF wants to see all nominations..

Unbreakable 7/10

WW2 survival story of an American Pilot/Olympic runner.

Its alright. Its nothing you haven't seen before 10x Felt a bit long in places... Nothing special but not a waste of time.

The Last Starfighter 7/10.

Haven't seen this in decades and I knew the fx would be laughable now, and they were, but the film was still reasonably enjoyable. I have probably added 1 point for the nostalgia.

The Living Daylights. We've been working our way through the Bond films, and a more serious tone and Dalton were welcome after the silliness and Roger Moore.

It's funny seeing how the music shifts from film to film. This is all drum machines and synths.

Also, how much bloody skiing is there in the 80s Bond films??

Always laughed at the intro as its basically the same stretch off road and the point were the land rover came off the road was no where near were it landed. But its bond :p
