What film did you watch last night?

Iron man was a crowd pleaser, countless action scenes, CGI fest, conventional protagonist vs antagonist narrative, poor dialogue etc.....if you wanna turn you brain off for 2 hours you'll probably enjoy it.

Robin Hood on the other hand was driven by the dialogue and shot brilliantly!

Full Metal Jacket. Stanley Kubric doing a good film. Seriously funny and unquotable lines in the first 45 minutes from the training camp! 4/5
 
Just finished watching The Scanner Darkly.

Good film, I haven't seen that Rotoscoping processing effect before but I thought it worked well.

I recommend it.
 
Just watched the new alice in wonderland tonite. Was ok but bit weird. Hatter wasnt mad and bouncing about like cartoon version and a lot of the characters didnt behave properly either.
 
Alice in Wonderland, wonderful visuals especially on HD and I quite enjoyed it, had some funny moments and the characters were fine as well - ok maybe not as bouncy as in the cartoon but still likeable/dislikable for who they are.

Last night I watched Slaughter. Terrible, TERRIBLE movie. 1/5.
