Clue is brilliant!

Two from the weekend for me.

1981 classic comedy Stripes, very funny and nostalgic.

2016 comedy Grimsby, very funny but hugely in appropriate from start to finish.

Fun fact, Liam Gallagher threatened to stab Sacha Baren Cohen in the eyes when this came out as it was clearly based on him.

I believe the threat happened before the movie (was after an argument at some awards show after-party), and I reckon the character was SBC's two finger retort to the neanderthal Gallagher.

The Dictator - 7/10

Sacha Baron Cohen is such a good character actor

Bit of a silly story, but it’s what you’d expect - I was crying with laughter in some bits that I’m sure wasn’t in the cinema version.

All in all... a very Aladeen experience!

There's so many layers, I've been thinking about it all day. I've not been as moved by a movie in a long time. I wish it were better recognised, or maybe it is, and i'm out of the loop.

"Tag". Absolutely hilarious. Details a great friendship and we had some genuine belly laughs. Some real feels too.
And wow, Isla Fisher still looks amazing. I also think she may have the best character in the film.

I watched Ex Machina on a plane so most of the last 15 minutes was cut out. The home rewatch was quite the eye-opener.

Rambo last blood. I enjoyed it I must admit. Stallone does a great action movie. Love a bit of Rambo

I've still not seen any of the Rambo films! I grew up in the 80s. I may actually give the first one a watch this week.
