What film did you watch last night?

Isn't that par the course for the more recent HP films though, strange direction focussing on boring bits for most of the film and glossing over or completely missing out the best parts?

+1 for Emma Watson :D

Cashback - It wasn't bad, lots of nice 'female forms' on show, but wasn't that good either. I generally hate these self-indulgent indie films so that probably explains it.
6/10, bumped up by the lovely breasts constantly on show.

Requiem for a dream

*spoilers*

Although I have no desires for a 'hollywood ending', I'm left feeling thoroughly down and now need something to cheer me up!

Interesting directing, entertaining and gritty. Worth a watch for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Zombieland. One of my favourite films of recent times. It's a great laugh and the characters are brilliant. Solid 8/10

Harry Potter ATDH Part 1
6/10

I watched this last weekend. 5/10 (very average) from me, although all the actors are good they appear as if they're wishing they were somewhere else. Perhaps they just feel the sparkle isn't there.

Personally I think they could have used a slightly different form of direction inline with it's darker feel.

Cinema Paradiso - Moving tale of an Italian man recalling his youth helping out in the local cinema in the 50s/60s. In Italian with subtitles. Takes a long time to get moving but in the end delivers. 4/5

The Green Mile.

Outstanding as always. 9/10.

Edit: Just watched Seven Pounds. Wow. Cried like a baby. 8.5/10.

How to train your dragon. as long as you gloss over the whole scots vikings/american viking kids thing, it's thoroughly enjoyable. 9/10 :D
