What film did you watch last night?

Watched Wild Target with Emily Blunt ( nice ) Bill Nighy, Eileen Atkins, Rupert Grint, Rupert Everett.
A cheeky action comdey with a very british feel about it.
Quite funny, so 7/10

Primer. Filmed on a $7k budget. Complex and mind bogglingly brilliant. If you intend to watch it don't read up on it and give it time. It's suggested only savants or liars understand it first time.

Terminator - found it on iplayer (still there until Saturday night). To be honest parts look dated but then it is 26 years old. Overall a fantastic film, really want to watch T2 now. 5/5

Wow i wish there were still movies of that calibre i hadn't seen:( You reach a certain age....

The Kings Speech - excellent from start to finish, perfect casting in Firth but Geoffrey Rush stole the show. 9/10

got around to watching the 2nd half of I Am Legend last night, it was quite poor imo.
First half seemed great, but from the point where he was rescued by the woman, it was just meh. felt disappointed tbh.

6/10 - started well but didnt have the impact finish

Watched Shutter Island other night thought it was really good, great movie.
Watched inception as well and alough complex actually enjoyed it.
Watched another movie called 44 inch chest was boring as hell.
Watched that resident evil apocolypse, not really into those movies most of the time but actually thought it was pretty good.

Knight and Day. It had action and Cameron Diaz so I'm not sure why I found myself not liking it. There were some funny parts but it felt like the actors weren't taking it seriously, like they were just having fun but it didn't work for this title. 6/10

The Kings Speech 6/10.

Really not my kind of film however I enjoyed it, it was funny, interesting and emotional, the acting was also superb, however I felt the climax was rather...anticlimactic.

Meet the little fockers.

2/10 Loved the other two but this was funny in about 2 places and had very little to do with the kids. Just a rehash of the plot in the 2nd one where jack things focker is having an affair. Only hoffman was funny and he's in it for about 3 minutes.

I can't believe how much of a wash up Deniro has become over the years.

Not even Alba could rescue this film, post baby she has no breasts left. Take out the chicken fillets and she would barely be an A cup :(

;)

Four Lions - 9/10

Outrageously funny. It's so easy to forget how incredibly dark the subject matter is when you have a bunch of knuckleheads who use lines like 'Let's bomb Boots. They make you wanna buy condoms to bang white girls' and '********, I'm a liability! I am the Invisible Jihadi! They seek him here, they seek him there, but he's not there, he's blowing up your **** sister!'. Great to see Morris back on form. Been a fan of his since I was 6.

Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole

First full CGI film I've seen that wasn't Disney/Pixar/Dreamworks, and my god were the graphics AMAZING! Best CGI I have seen bar Avatar.

Story is decent enough, but the set-pieces and fight scenes are incredible. Bit intense for a kids movie though, wouldn't think kids under 8 would cope too well.

7/10

The Mist

It was so funny and messy and when that religious nutjob gets capped it felt so satisfying lol. The ending was so messed up too but i wont spoil it, just watch it.

I saw in 1080p.
