Looper - 6/10. Not bad, but after reading reviews from others, I was a little disappointed.

Watch the others first. In comparison the last one is actually ok. The others before it are real bad so maybe I've given it more praise than it actually deserves as a stand alone film.

The Watch - 7/10. Absolutley hilarious! Jonah Hill is fastly becoming one of my favourite comic actors!

Resident evil damnation the latest animated movie.
Really enjoyed, more so then the other animated movie which was ok and miles better than the other resi movies which are cack.

The Dictator - it wasn't as bad as some reviews on here have said but no Borat! Some of the jokes/cameos were good but a whole lot of the film wasn't very funny. 3/5

A Royal Affair - A pretty interesting film, obviously I'm fairly sure it has been over dramatized to make it to the cinemas, but an interesting look into my new surroundings, and made me think. Kind of like Bruce Almighty in a strange way (transfer of power) some solid acting and good visuals. 7/10

Looper - 6.5/10, found a bit too predictable and too many plot 'loop' holes for a film that was so highly rated.

I watched Red Tails the other day at a friends house.
The action scenes were very well done, the CGI was well done, the story it was based on was fascinating.
The acting was poor, the script was poor, and you could guess what was going to happen by all the stereotypes being acted out, and yet many of the cast were good actors (as could be seen in other series/films they'd been in*), so it could only be poor direction/script/production.
If it had been a decent script/direction I would guess going by the cast and action it would have been an easy 8
If I were to go by the script and direction, I'd probably give it a 3 - rather than a film based (loosely) on a true story it felt like I was watching Topgun 1945: The Ghetto years.
As it is, probably about a 6.
*They had Bubbles and another guy from the Wire, and Cuba Gooding Junior whose role seemed to be to stick a pipe in his mouth when happy, point with it from time to time, and take it out and look constipated when things were looking bad (seriously, that's about all he seemed to be there to do).
