should have bought the BRZ than...
I've never seen an exhaust system look so... out of place? The diffuser cutout is huge compared to the exhaust?
They did it, because they had enthusiasts in their mind. Who would keep the gt86/brz stock?I've never seen an exhaust system look so... out of place? The diffuser cutout is huge compared to the exhaust?

At which point you could just fit a different/modify the diffuser? They did it, because they had enthusiasts in their mind. Who would keep the gt86/brz stock?
Dunno, but I agree 400hp in a BRZ would be perfect for the road and occasional trackday. Why is it that Americans are incapable of tuning cars properly? Presenting a car for a worldwide audience that is misfiring it's **** off all the time, not exactly a good show.
~400hp in a little sports coupe is a magical thing though.
But you don't have to, its like the maker of these cars wants you to modify them.At which point you could just fit a different/modify the diffuser?
Impreza's cambelt was due in May, well under on the mileage though. Haven't really used it much recently but made a start on it tonight. Was working until 7 so only got an hour or so before I ran out of light but made good progress. The engine bay looks so full on first glance but once you remove a few things there's loads of room to get your hands (and in my case, body) in there.
