Who here owns a Fiesta ST?

Well to be honest I'm totally new to the whole modification scene, never modified a car before and not sure what to get. Happy to spend money on mods at the right price but don't think I'll go down the Mountune route. Think I'll be quite content with my car once I have the 57i and flexi though. I'm tempted to message the seller on ebay I bought the 57i from and ask if its possible to cancel my order so I can get the 57i & flexi bundle for £189. Seems a good price for the two.

So is that any different to the milltek flexi or is that the same? Cat back and de-cat also confuses me. I really know nothing :(

Flexi pipe is what connects the standard exhaust to the engine. If you upgrade the manifold you won't need it. Decat refers to when you have no original cat or sports cat fitted. A catback is where you replace everything from the catalytic converter back, basically some piping and your back box. You can replace that with an aftermarket catback e.g. Milltek, the noise alone is addictive.

I see. Your explanations are greatly appreciated :)

Well seller on ebay has agreed to match the bundle deal I saw so getting k&n 57i and milltek flexi for £199 posted.

My car is booked in at Evans Halshaw Blackpool for.....the Mountune 165 kit! Can't wait. If the exhausts arrive in time, will be getting it done next Friday. :D

Nice, I will get to the MR200 stage eventually. :D

How long are you looking at waiting?

David Moore says they are due in any time soon, so i COULD even be lucky and get it fitted within 2 weeks and just before my track day on the 31st. If not it will be around the 1st week of June.

Posted some of these on FSTOC but may as well post some here as well. Another member in the SUYM had taken some photos here and I asked where it was.

Looks so clean and nice, don't touch the exterior!

Raised mine up slightly with the rear a touch higher than the front now

Drives so much better, this slammed malarkey is a load of rubbish lol.

Looks about the same height as my car James. Still don't get how you get away with that splitter, bet it scrapes easily :D. I know my standard plastic strip is slightly scuffed all along the bottom, despite me being careful on speed bumps and ramps, never mind the deeper one on your car or the FRS style ones some people fit!
