Are you Sian's boyfriend?![]()
tYou only really want them if your car has been lowered. Mine has 12.5mm spacers with the Eibach extra low springs and it really makes a difference, I noticed that mine was able to straddle speed bumps more comfortably aswell, on the standard car the front track is actually wider than the rear meaning the front would float over but the back felt like you'd been rear ended, I'll get you a pic of my rear wheels in a bit so you can see the difference![]()
On the subject of wheels though, which 16's fit? I bought a set of Zetec-S 16's and they do touch the caliper slightly, maybe if the pads were more worn they would be fine. I had a set of 16's from an old Mondeo but they were ET37 and looked terrible, not to mention the crap they threw up the side of the car, but the offset meant they cleared the calipers fine.

So your saying no point in getting spacers unless the car is lowered?
I'll just put this here:

I hate you. :D
Sounds like you got lucky too as I was reading that Mountune aren't ordering anymore inlets to be manufactured unless they get a significant interest. (They are down to the last couple now)
