Do you realise how bad for the environment almond farming is, you should be ashamed of yourself, all those bees on your conscience
i actually meant walnuts but as i did start off drinking almond milk i will take this one ,i have soya in tea and oat in coffee now
 
Yes. I’m not vegan anymore and I still have 2 shakes a day.

For those that do a lot of exercise Do you have to heavily supplement the protein your missing out on?

By saying it's "very very easy" to get the required protein with no supplements [when exercising a lot].


I personally don't care if someone wants to be a vegan but I do care when said vegan tries to shame me into not eating meat (something which I enjoy eating). Unsuccessfully mind but the droning is rathe irritating

I don't go around preaching to people who drink too much or smoke or want to practice a religion so I'd expect the same from others.

Gotcha. Yea it’s not easy, it is doable if you plan and research. However I found it damn hard when life got busy and hectic.
 
Are there any vegans here who has been at it for more than 12 months, who eat simple 3 meals a day with no supplements? I mean zero.

No shakes, no pills, no injections.

Not even blending stuff in a blender to "top up" as a way to get more nutrients easily, besides making a vegan milkshake to go with your vegan burger or something.

Vegans would need to supplement B12, it just doesn’t exist in vegan food. It only exists in meat because the animals we eat are supplemented with B12, so people are 2nd hand supplementing B12 :p

Shakes aren’t even remotely necessary for a regular person, even a vegan. Only someone who has a high protein requirement would consider using them.

Not sure what kind of injections you are talking about? :D

Essentially, let's say I just switch out my food. The way I would want to do it is doing exactly as I do now, but just changing what is on my plate, not my habit.
 
Just one serving (8 grams) of Marmite provides 76% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin B12.22 Jan 2021 I guess that's a supplement on my toast i also have an omega mix of seeds

There’s definitely some friction to eating vegan, it’s a lot easier than it used to be with most supermarkets having a great selection of vegan foods.

To be fair a lot of veggie food is enriched with various things like iron and B12.

My girlfriend doesn’t take any supplements/pills/shakes. She’s been vegan for a number of years. I live with her so if you have any genuine questions I can ask..

Whilst I eat marmite, I have it perhaps once a month. I don't like it enough to have it every morning.
 
No idea, but to say that there’s no b12 in vegan food isn’t true. Whatever vegan food even is…
To be fair I was thinking more about the raw natural foods that vegan food is made up of. You are right of course many vegan food is enriched.
