Start menu > settings > update & security > recovery > reset this pc and choose keep nothing.

You got to 'Settings', 'Privacy', 'Feedback & Diagnostics'. Here you can see options for Microsoft data collection from your PC. You can't turn it off, but you can turn it to 'Basic'. So your PC will still send info to MS just not as much as it would on default 'Full' mode.
Also worth turning off 'Location', 'Get to know me' and all the Apps that automatically have access to your data lol. How much bloody data do the need

Well I've downloaded the Windows 10 ISO, extracted it and run the setup. I can't seem to do an upgrade without clearing files
Any ideas? I am using UK English and that is what I chose when I made the ISO!

Are you sure the original language was not different and you have changed it to UK English?
It is overly sharey by default, like most "free" stuff is now. But I would be interested to hear what can't be disabled. I don't have a tin foil hat, but I'll make one if it is needed.

So it seems just like 8/8.1 using a Microsoft account is required for certain features like Cortana. However, this means I will need to sign in with a password every time I turn on the PC. Is there a way to bypass the password requirement when using a Microsoft account?
Could also set a pin for quicker login. But I see why you'd want to disable it on a desktop.
Does anyone know how to stop windows live mail opening up links in Edge? I want it so if I open any links via live mail they open in Chrome if it's possible?
