Obviously not as much as a lot of you people on here, am so glad because this was all raw and held the 1RM up for 4 or so seconds, am aiming for 400lb before xmas waaaaaahoooooooooooooo!

There ARE things you can do without your shoulder you'll just have to play about and discover them. I'm sure abs can be worked, BW squats, walking lunges.......
