Does anyone else suffer with slowdown occasionally when loading/using the camera or using chrome (on a standard S22)?
I use Google photos to store online and access on my pc. Saves loads of hassle and time.Probably sounds dense, but what does everyone do with their photos? Just leave them in the gallery, transfer to PC? Do any fancy stuff etc..?
Did you sort your screen?I can't login to my phone as it needs a pin on startup and the lower 50% of the screen doesn't work at all with touch input.
Noice.Yes, for 289 English pounds Samsung sent a man in a van who took it off my hands for 15 mins and it came back to me with a new screen and battery.
Good to know thanksNope, not for a screen replacement
Just checked and it shows it currently set at 4gb, is RAM really the issue? I have the device care widget on and have never seen it approach the 8gb limit. Are you using RAM Plus?

Ah right, I'll try that and see how it goes, if no difference, i'll disable it doing the same.I disabled mine using ADB commands.
But set it to 2GB and see if that helps. A few people have reported that virtual memory is slowing down their devices.
Ah good point, is this just a case of unlocking android developer mode or more to it smokedog? Can this be disabled without rooting / tripping Knox?

Nice one.Root is not required and doesn't trip Knox.
You are just expanding the current Ram Plus function to include 0
RAM Plus Configurations
- adb shell settings put global ram_expand_size_list 0,1,2,4,6,8,12,16
Reboot and select desired RAM PLUS size from Settings, Battery section.

8GB should be fine, they're still releasing phones with 6GB (Pixel 6a).Ace I'll try it later, I kind of feel like maybe I should have gone the 256gb model but really 8gb ram not enough on a phone? Computers still cope gone with 8gb ram and a lot of games
