i run my 295x2 from an ocz 1250 watt and the coilwhine was pretty bad when running both cables from the same rail.

I have since changed to a rail per 8 pin cable and have not noticed it as bad but then i aint gamed much since either as i had to reinstall windows and lost my save games......:mad:

Mmm, sweet setup. So, have you had problems running BF4? Mine used to run superb in Mantle in quad 7990's BUT hadn't played for a while and the game is screwed now on quad setup... however, I do fancy two of the 295's for a while until the new stuff comes out... and wondering whether to bother. My new 295 comes Monday... will see how it run's. I'm on 5760x1080 eyefinity btw... worth quad in your expert opinion?

I'll let you be the judge of that by watching my 295x2 QuadFire setup run BF4 at 1080P.


You can expect a big performance boost when running in full screen mode and not recording at the same time too. :)

im running 1 295x2 using eyefinity 7860x1140 and is sweet. you wont really need quad.
