*** ASUS UK P67/H67 swap out details finalised ***

Im still waiting for my B3 Deluxe, i sent my B2 back last Wednesday,ive emailed Asus UK to ask for return details but had no reply

I also rang the number listed here and was told there was no SB replacement team to speak too,even though ppl in this thread have been successful in getting a return tracking code over the phone.

Guess i have to be patience like the rest of us waiting

If you really want to speak to someone at Asus, call 01442 202 700 and ask for Jay Parmar. He is the person who is handling the Sandy Bridge exchanges, and I fould him to be very helpful.

He is probably getting lots of calls right now, but they should at least put you through to him!
 
^ just rang again and Jay is currently busy,ive been asked for my phone number to be contacted later,so fingers crossed.

At least this time Asus have confirmed there is a SB replacement UK program, unlike last time i rang up:)

You picked the wrong time to send it back if you wanted a quick return.

We've just had a four day weekend including the 2 bank holidays.

Even if they received your board last Thursday, and sent a new one out the same day, the earliest you could possibly have received it would be today.

you should get your board on wed or thur this week, remember we have had good fri and bank holiday.
 
Ok new B3 installed in pc now :D came with bios 1101 so that will need a update,going to do a nice fresh install of windows 7 only problem i had was a code 30 when it was in my case so i took it out still no luck,uninstalled the D14 worth while lapping this as im running 3.8ghz 27c 30c 30c 28c anyhoo put the stock cooler on and still nothing then i tryed the ram and bob`s your uncle ram was not seated correct all back in the case now ready for install.
 
I know that those who are still waiting won't want to hear this, but we have two more days coming up when UPS will not be delivering. The following statement is taken directly from their website:

"In line with the upcoming public holidays, there will be no UPS collection or delivery services in the UK on Friday 22nd April, Monday 25th April, Friday 29th April and Monday 2nd May.

Due to the additional bank holiday during this period and to ensure service consistency for all customers, UPS will adapt to the following schedules on the surrounding days:

UPS Express Plus shipments scheduled for delivery in the UK on Tuesday, 3rd May will be delivered between 9.00am and 11.00am
UPS Express and UPS Express Saver shipments scheduled for delivery in the UK on Tuesday, 3rd May will be delivered by the end of business day.

UPS Standard shipments scheduled for delivery between Tuesday, 3rd May and Thursday, 5th May could be subject to delays of up to one day.

Collections will take place as usual."

It looks as if they are expecting a bit of a backlog to build up also, which doesn't help either! :(
