Former Russian double agent seriously ill in Salisbury.

Yeah I love how the shills repeatedly gloss over that fact! Something I know to be a fact from using that airport multiple times.

Says the poster that contributes precisely nothing to move discussion onwards. See my response to Yadda.

The Blackstone camera analysis is an extremely big thorn to pull out. It's clearly from the same camera and he says as much.

But you would rather attack the sources rather than fo the intelligent thing of refuting the evidence presented (unless it is to parrot the UK Govt line as if it makes any difference

Questioning Posters:
Here is video evidence of X

Myopic Minded posters:
Yea well that doesn't matter cus the government says and they never ever ever lie ever

Lol and you refer to other posters as mentally deficient

.
I struggle to see how anyone could watch the Russian "tourists" give their excuses for going to Salisbury for a day trip and not think "What a complete load of codswallop".

I went twice to the same tower... Within 4days... Travelling around 40minutes each way at a time. Their story is to me still a possibility.

I understand the Russian govt has and does some heinous things, but ours is not that different. As an example the GRU officers caught hacking the OPCW, that's pretty much undeniable, clear as day (now we need to know what they were up to with proof).

You have just shown yourself to not even watch the evidence. No point debating with an intransigent troll.

Ouch, I guess that article hit a nerve.

Read it, folks. It's about people like RaohNS and the disinformation game he's trying so very hard to play.

Already did, but as you have shown yourself to not to have even watched the video showing a camera "fingerprint" match you are just a troll and I will not be responding to any more of your pathetic vacuous posts.

I can guess the kind of nonsense videos you post as "evidence". Only an idiot would click on them.

It's obvious who the troll is here, Raoh. You see pal, all you do is post this kind of nonsense. Day in, day out. The same dull old crap. Don't you get bored?

It's interesting to see things like this but ironically the view all along from the Russians I know (and their assessment of Russians on the whole) is that "we know we did it and everything the British have said is accurate and correct but we'll never admit it publicly, besides the @$$hole had it coming to him - and so did the British as they turned him in the first place".

This seems to be now a similar attitude being displayed by Mr Putin stating what a 'Scumbag' Skripal is etc.

Russia are capable of it. Its just I don't see the ample evidence. If the UK govt had been honest from the start my view would be behind them. It's just not. They immediately lied about the bio-weapon and then said only Russia produced it.

It also begs the question of why are the press ignoring the other death of a Russian very close by? Edit: That Russian guy who was a vocal critic of Putin. That in my view was something to do with Russian security services at least on the surface until other stuff compels me to think differently.

Possible? Well anything is possible. Plausible. No, not at all.

Ok, picture this. A British pair pair of men go to Moscow. One with glasses and a geek. The other a 19.5st man. A man is poisoned by the Ostankino TV tower on A Thursday morning.

On the Monday night prior, the same two men go to the 450m tower at night in near torrential rain. Their reasoning to see the city at night. They are 40mins drive from their hotel. Definitely too far to walk (despite it seeming a good idea at the time). On the Thursday they go to see it in the day. The day after Friday they leave Moscow.

Are they credible suspects in a case? If so, is their story plausible? (edit: Plausible as in a suitable alibi / the poisoned man having a British intelligence connection)

I personally only believe what I can prove myself and as I was not part of the investigation team I can't state as a certainty anything about this. It is just something I've seen on TV and could be a fabrication itself (like the Ukrainian journalist that was dead then brought back to life)

Though arguing over side details and what could be communication errors seems futile as the simple 'facts' that seem to be accepted by my Russian friends is "we did it".

Yea I take your point. Putin has "a long reach", but so does every intelligence agency.

Yes, communication is a major drawback. Often we don't know who to believe. I am mistrusting of governments the world over. Even Putins. But I don't stupidly let the British intelligence services information spin me around looking the other way without first looking over my shoulder.

This whole case stinks to high heaven. If this level of attention were given to the Globshokenic or whatever his name is who was strangled a week or two after then that my thoughts would lie with the Russians... But how... And the most pertinent: Why (same why to Skripals)

Seems pretty unlikely, has this happened

Going back to the doctored photos being as the two suspects have stated they've been to the UK what is the motivation to fake the two photos to make it appear that they went through different gates? Only reason I can see see is to make minor discrepincies in their story, but that doesn't seem worthwhile foe something they could explain away as an error in recollection.
Secondly the fingerprinting video seems a long way from conclusive, there's plenty of noise/blemishes in the photo to pick from and even the ones chosen don't completely match. Have you seen any other analysis that explain the methods more effectively, as to a non forensically trained person it just looks like cherry picking bits from the image and ignoring the rest along with having sufficiently loose criteria for a match.

It was a hypothetical killing. The story described (minus the killing) was me and best friend.

It MAY be that, although he is 100% correct when he says cameras will have a very unique fingerprint from dust/grime over time. The two images contain as he puts it eyes/teeth/nose and mouth. He has done this before too for a job.

It seems a very silly thing for security services to do to release different.

Tell you what, we could put the same walkway to bed right now: Demand the Met Police release the airport footage (they clearly have it), lets see if they go through the same or different gates... If they went through different gates the Met could easily disprove their statement and those of Murray. Why aren't they doing that... I wonder... It would certainly destroy their credibility... Or conversely... Destroy those of the met. Thus far the evidence from the above and images to me and someone who would know says its the same camera on the same line so the time stamp is a deliberate dupe.

Aye I agree with you in that a finger print for a camera can exist, I'd argue that what he is showing is a finger print for the reasons mentioned in the above post, along with changes in the lighting in the back ground and possibly changes is the positioning of the gate (I haven't measured them to be sure). Not knowing enough about this area is why I'm wondering if anyone else has presented similar analysis as his methodology seems shake to me and a cursory google doesn't give much info about him, so I've only seen his own claims to back up his expertise which I struggle to trust when I look at the nature of sites/channels he's worked for before.

As far as the police releasing more photos, I agree it would settle this particular issue, and personally would like it if they did. But I guess it would set a precedent for people demanding such information over many public events and end up causing a head ache in logistics in the long run. Again I'm inclined to believe the images as genuine as I can't see the benefiting in faking them, though I don't think we are beyond such deceptions.

Indeed. So who stands to lose more credibility by releasing the material of the men walking down channels? The Met or the two men? Secondly and most relevant to this is who has the tapes... The met... Now release them.

Nice talking Freebird. Having a few weeks off here now I think places to go people to see

Apart from lunatics or paid rusian shills who else believes im not Djajko Mlodvonic Gru special budgerigar operative acting in a skirt on behalf of raohns on behalf of trump.

The reason why the murder of Nikolai Glushkov did not receive the same attention is simply this; he was killed by a conventional method. What has blown the Skripal case into the stratosphere is the means used to attempt to kill him. Yes, OK, hang him and make it look like suicide - the British would kick up a fuss but it would soon slip out of the media attention.

The reason why most of the West is up in arms is because a nerve agent was used that has affected multiples more than the intended (and could have been much worse). This demonstrates the laissez faire attitude of the Russians and in the context and back drop of the last couple years of 'meddling in the affairs of the west' is why it won't be let go anytime soon.

Because no one really gives a **** about Russians kiling thier spies but people sure as he'll give a **** about the Russian govenrment murdering innocent British citizens which is what happened here

Maybe people who only believe what they see with their own eyes and not what the authorities are telling them may want to look at the top 10 port scans on their router. The number one entity trying to scan my network for vulnerabilities can be traced back to St. Petersburg via an IP whois, with many reports from other people that they've been port scanned by the same entity.

Coming in at number two is what appear to be port scans (albeit 50% less than no. 1) originating from Kiev, Ukraine; also with numerous reports from others around the globe. I'm sure someone can shed some light on why this may be the case?

And at number three with 65% less attempted attacks than Russia is some idiot in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Port scanning is not the same as attempted murder by chemical weapons, granted, but at least it tallies up with what our intelligence is saying about Russia being up to no good with regard to cyber warfare and cannot be refuted when you can see it right in front of your face.

Here's the link if you want to catch Russian hackers red handed: https://www.snbforums.com/threads/s...mic-malware-country-manual-ip-blocking.16798/

You'll need a fairly up to date ASUS router and probably custom firmware with scripting enabled to use it.
