Games you're playing, and games...

Would you say it is worth replaying it if you have completed it 3 times already on the previous versions? I've been tempted to play the PS5 version. But also quite expensive to buy!

Hooked on Bloodborne at the moment though :D

If you are looking at buying it might be worth waiting to see if it comes up on Plus or whatever it’s called. It’s a big visual update over the PS4 remaster and easily one of the best looking PS5 games but it is still essentially the same game.

I started the Witcher 3 this week. First time I've played it. Really good so far. There's a hell of a lot to take in but I'm slowly getting my head around it. The quality of the quests is probably the best I've seen, particularly side quests that are better then main ones in lots of games!

Part 1 looks really great but having bought TLoU on two previous console generations already, I'm not in a rush to pay for it again especially when there are so many smaller/indie titles out at the moment that deserve the support. I'll get it when it's £25 or on PS+, whichever comes first. Hopefully there'll be more news on a PS5 version of Part 2 by then too.

Anyone played The Expanse game by Telltale yet? Loved the TV series but have heard the first episode of the game is very short.

Wish I could experience my first play through again, absolutely blew my mind how good Witcher 3 is, you are in for a real treat - enjoy!

Oooh boy, you’ve got one hell of a game ahead of you, plus two expansion packs which are basically extra games (the map for blood and wine is basically a standalone game)

Soak it all in and enjoy. Don’t rush it. :)

I'm playing Subnautica: Below Zero, is a really good game, I enjoy the crafting loop and exploration. Not sure if I completed it on my original playthrough, have forgotten everything if I had...

It's obviously similar to the original, that's a better game overall but some good quality of life improvements in the follow up as you'd expect. I understand a third game is in development, looking forward to that.

£45 for it on Shopto at the moment, they a trust worthy site?

I'm in no rush to play it really would be nice to see it on Plus
Can also vouch for shopto, have been using for years. They are also quite reliable on getting new releases out on or just before release day.

Been getting other games and DLC's out of the way before tackling Elden Ring but finally started it last night.

Absolutely hated Demon Souls to begin with and nearly rage uninstalled it after 5 hours but once it clicked, it became my favourite PS5 game to date so really looking forward to playing this game.

Finished Elden ring and started a new play through to jump on now and then Witcher 3 is taking up most of my game time now (not sure what number play through this is) then it’s onto complete ghost of tushima. Then I might pick up cyberpunk and forbidden west.

Just finished Bramble on gamepass, Liked the storytelling, setting and sound. Was let down by the actual gameplay, pretty basic looking and puzzles its mostly just walking and climbing. Good game to pass a few hours and its free on GP. I wouldnt want to pay for it though. 6.5/10

Had quite a few hours on Remnant 2 yesterday online with two randoms and we worked together well. I'm still a little unsure what to make of it. I hadn't played the first or any souls games but it's hard, like really hard! Im level 6 and got some decent armour I've found, upgraded my main gun a couple of times but don't feel I'm putting out much damage and I die super easily. I presume it'll open up a bit towards end game? Will keep persevering with it for now. Maybe I am expecting it to be like the Division games, which I absolutely loved. It's very much not The Division. I don't dislike it but I'm not itching to get home and playing it again.
Running the medic class with the LMG. Annoying that the re-load button and pick up item button are the same, if you're not right on top of the dropped ammo or trying to get it first against another player (as its pretty scarce) you reload which is a long animation with an LMG and you can't cancel it. On top of that I haven't a clue what I'm doing, I just join random games online. Story is weird, fragmented and hard to understand anyway so playing it out of sequence I don't think matters. I know we don't want to be always lead by the hand but some levels like the Postulants Parlor could benefit from a little help! We did defeat the labyrinth boss after about 20 attempts which was epic, best bit of the game so far.
