Games you're playing, and games...

I'm also thinking of trying the Remnant 2, but I've not played the first (From the Ashes) game. Is it better to play through the first one before trying the second one or does it not really matter?

Ta.

Also had a quick hour with the first Remnant game. It’s obviously an indie game so not the best graphically but goodness the gameplay is super fun! A dark souls rip but nothing wrong with that if the gameplay is good and this is very good.

Completed deadspace within a week. Been awhile since I’ve been hooked on a game being a very casual gamer. Great remake. Hope they do another

Playing through some old rpgs at the moment.
Just finished stick of truth, played it when it came out, but never bothered with the ps4 version when fractured but whole came out.
Now play Persona 5 royal ps5 version, already have the platinums for the original and ps4 royal version.

Still absolutely loving Bloodborne, it just oozes quality. Taking my time and trying to find all the secrets, these games are so cryptic - and just when you think you are bossing it, you get smashed up by a group of unsuspecting enemies...or fall off a cliff :D

Not really sure how far I am at all to be honest, just got to the Forbidden Woods, using the Ludwigs Holy Blade +5, and White Church gear :)

I'm playing it again because of you:p

Grabbed Old Hunters in the sale and ready to go, 2018 was the last time I played it.

You've got ways to go still + some secret areas and make sure you get Old Hunters, it's absolutely top-notch and it gets significantly harder in NG+ so I'd do it on your first run just in case:p

Id love to play bloodborne but im holding out hoping it'll come to pc one day, i still havent finished dark souls 3 yet so im in no rush, i seem to be really good at starting games but unless they're short i never get round to finishing them. I'm hoping now i have a new pc ill have incentive to start finishing some.

Currently playing Bayonetta 3 after finishing Zelda TOTK and really enjoying it. A lot going on but the platinum combat systems are always fun

I'm the same TBH, that's why I tend to avoid open world slogs as much as possible nowadays.

Bought DS3 long after release and completed it two years later when I finally got round to it:D

Bloodborne would benefit so much from a mere remaster, let alone a remake. It's still so strong visually and atmospherically that 60fps at 4k-ish res is all it really needs but a complete remake would be amazing.

Started Dredge a few nights ago and am really enjoying it. Love the art style, the gameplay is simple but has a decent amount of depth to it in terms of upgrading your boat, equipment etc, and it's genuinely quite creepy when you're out on on the water at night and weird stuff starts happening.

Yeah good game, my only gripe was that the days went too fast and it got really repetitive having to keep going back to a dock to sleep.

Now at 94% completion of Final Fantasy 16 - easily the most love/hate relationship I've had with a game in years. The game is 80% filler, but the remaining 20% is highly polished, cinematic and spectacular at times.

Nobody playing Remnant 2??

I still don't know what I'm doing but enjoying it anyway. Had some good progression, played very late saturday while too drunk. Went to log in on Sunday afternoon and was met with the character creation screen. Seems my character has been deleted. I either held down the triangle button at start up, then confirmed I wanted total deletion on Saturday night or the latest update has reset it. Both just as likely as each other :(
